Where we ship
We ship throughout the United States, and to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
If you're outside those countries and would like a book, email info@namastetheninja.com and we'll see what we can do.
United States rates
Books ship via USPS Media Mail, a lower-cost class reserved for printed material:

Plush, keychains, and bundles can't ship Media Mail, which is limited to books and other printed media. They ship at these rates:

Import duties and taxes are not included. Your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or GST on arrival. Those charges are set by your government, are collected by the carrier before delivery, and are the customer's responsibility. We have no way to calculate or collect them in advance.
Media Mail is a domestic-only service and isn't available on international orders.
Delivery estimates are for transit time after an order ships, and don't include processing time. They're estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. International transit times can run longer when a package is held in customs.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Signed copies ship within 3 business days, since each one is signed by hand.
Pre-orders ship separately
Plush and keychain pre-orders are expected to ship in early December 2026.
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the in-stock item ships right away and the pre-order follows later. You'll receive separate tracking for each shipment, and you're not charged extra shipping for the split.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email info@namastetheninja.com and we'll look into it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's in the carrier's hands. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at the original shipping cost.
